We do not provide a data entry service at the moment. However, if can provide the past data on the Excel templates we provide we can upload them into the system at no additional cost. OR you have an option to enter the account balances into the system and move forward with only new data.

Normally a computer software is installed on each machine that you want to use which involves having high-end hardware, regular maintenance activities and in a case of a computer crashing potential loss of all your valuable data. When it is a cloud-basedsoftware, nothing is installed on your computer and we make sure your data is secure, backed up and available anytime for you to access. All you need it an internet connection and a web browser.

We provide 99.995% uptime which is guaranteed by our cloud service provider. Any downtime that occur due to any internal network failures or connectivity failure due to the telco service provider are not the responsibility of Enhanzer.

Yes. We are happy to provide a trial account with a test dataset for a 30-day period for you to try out.

Initial implementation cost would be based on the complexity of the implementation and will be communicated before starting the same. This fee will not exceed the agreed amount. Once the system is operational it will only be a monthly subscription fee. There are no annual maintenance fees.

We provide Payment Terms varying from monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and annually. You can pay using wire transfer, company cheque or using a credit/debit card. Monthly fee is given in USD and billed in LKR on the exchange rate on the date of the invoice.

We take backups every day to make sure your data issecure. Also, it is backed by the security provided by the Microsoft Corporation.

Not really. If you factor in things like (a) annual maintenance of hardware and software and (b) utility costs and (c) people costs, and (d) lifespan of hardware devices etc involved in keeping your IT environment switched on it is actually cost effective.

No. What we recommend is to go module by module. Best would be to implement the module where you have the biggest business challenges. Some of our customers choose to start with the inventory management module and some others start with the service management module depending on their business priorities.

Initially the pricing is agreed for a period of 12 months. Depending on the number of users your company has, and other impacting economic factors Enhanzer might increase the price by a minor percentage at the contract renewal.

While having high speed connectivity has its advantages it is not mandatory to use eZuite. It is configured and optimized to work even on an average internet connection speed.

If you are using our Point of Sale application, it will work even when there is no internet connectivity. It will synchronize the transaction data into the main storage when the connectivity is back. However, the rest of the application won’t work when there is no internet connectivity. We recommend that you keep a backup low cost internet connectivity standby from another service provider in case of any emergencies like that.

Choice is up to you. We have the full capability to handle accounting and finance features. However, if you prefer to keep using QB we are happy to integrate with it at a nominal.

No. You only need an internet connection with a web browser. Best thing is it works on any device you have.

Most locally installed software has a massive upfront cost involved. In our produce the upfront investment is small. You just pay as you use as a monthly fee. Just like your electricity, water or phone bills –you don’t have to worry about running your applications.

No. We do not directly provide hardware devices such as laptops, PoS Terminals, Printers etc. We can recommend few reliable hardware suppliers to you. However, the agreements, pricing etc should be negotiated directly and Enhanzer has no control or responsibility on the same.

While most software products of this nature have months long timelines, we can you get fully configured within 5-10 working days. Our product offers a of configurations that we can implement to suite your business.
